Everyone needs a break sometimes. You might get sick, even injured or you are in need of a few days off. Life happens, and that's ok.
Keeping track of the days you can't work out is an important part of your training plan. It can reveal patterns in how your training is progressing. Did you train too hard or skipped that rest day which resulted in sickness or injuries?
Start logging your breaks
With Pepp's new feature Breaks, you can log sick days, injuries or any other kind of break you might need to take.

After you have added your break it will show up under activities. Click on Breaks to list all your breaks.
Don't feel bad about your breaks. Everything happens for a reason. Learn from them and you will come back stronger and faster.
